Condon To Helm Disney's Live-Action "Beauty"

Disney continues its plans to produce live-action re-imaginings of all its animated back catalogue with Bill Condon ("The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn,""Dreamgirls") signing on to direct their live-action re-interpretation of "Beauty and the Beast" for the studio. The film follows the likes of "Alice in Wonderland,""Oz: The Great and Powerful" and "Maleficent" which have all proven to be big box-office successes.
